Training and Development of your Employees

Training and development is a function of human resource management concerned with the organizational activity aimed at bettering the ability and performance of the organization and the individuals and teams in the organizational settings. it is an ongoing effort that is made by the organization.

Employee training is the responsibility of the organization but Employee development is the responsibility of the Management and the Individual employee.

The management role is to provide the right resources and environment that would support the development of the employee. The Individual employee should look for learning opportunities through daily activities and also seize every opportunity to develop.
